The Clipper Club building, a gift from Ron McMaster, the developer of Bayview Harbour, was established in the late 1980s with the promise of serving as a social gathering place for residents and marina owners/tenants.

In 2023, LONGTIDE collaborated with the Clipper Club to complete significant renovations, resulting in a stunning transformation.
